A 65yr old male patient with acute on chronic necrotising pancreatitis

Date of admission-September 15,2021 Chief complaint A 65year old male patient complaints of vomtings and severe stomach pain since one day History of present illness Patient was apparently asymptomatic one month back.Then he had pedal edema,shortness of breath after doing minimal works and gradually developed distended abdomen.Since one day patient suffers from bilious vomtings of 10-12 episodes( first 4 episodes are white in colour and later are bilious)non-projectile type food as content with severe stomach pain.He also developed pain in the umbilicus radiating type to lower abdomen.On the day of admiss
